Tube sheet is the most important and complicated part of tube -and –sheet heat exchangers. These parts are usually made from a round flat piece of forged materials which are machined with holes drilled for the tubes ends in a precise location and pattern relative to one another. Thebe holes can be drilled and reamed and can be machined with one or more grooves that greatly increase the strength of the tube joint. All machining activities can be carried out exactly according to client’s drawings and specifications. As all of drilling activities is programmed computer and done by state of CNC machineries, there would not be any possible mistake caused by human.

We can supply any size and shape of tube sheet used to make a TEMA or non-TEMA type can be provided. Our drilling facilities which are equipped with deep drilling mechanism are able to very thick plates or forgings straightly without deviation from acceptable tolerances.
