2019 New Style 321 Steel Tube - Duplex Seamless tube – Donghao Metal Group Detail:

As the duplex and super duplex stainless steel has both the advantages of ferritic stainless steel and the austenitic stainless steel, they are widely used to produce heat transferring tubing for petrochemical industry, sea water treatment…. in aggressive acidic, chloride containing environments. Delivery Condition: Annealed & Pickled, Annealed & Pickled + Polished

Grades: S31803, S32205, S32750, S32550, S32760, Other grades can be offered on request.

ASTM/ASME A/ SA789 Seamless and welded Ferritic /Austenitic Stainless Steel Tubing for General Service

ASTM/ASME A/SA790 Seamless and welded Ferritic /Austenitic Stainless steel pipe

Outside diameter range from 12-76.2mm

Wall thickness range from 0.71-12mm

Inspection & Test：

1. 100% PMI / Chemical analysis tests.

2.100% Dimension tests & 100% Visual examination

3. Tension test, flange test, hardness test, flattening test

4. 100% Eddy Test or Hydrostatic Test before bending and 100% Hydrostatic test after bending

5. Checking stress released heat treatment in bending area plus 300mm straight leg length after bending with agreement with clients.

Notes: all the tests and inspection need to provide with reports according to standard and test results.
