2017 New Style Boiler Tube - Copper Nickel Tubes – Donghao Metal Group Detail:

Good corrosion resistance, especially in sea water;

Suitable for high temperature service;

Applicable for condenser for ship, heat and water supply, chemical industry, desalinator etc.

Air Coolers for Marine Diesel Engines (need C70600 tubes) Power Generation Engines (need C70600 tubes)

Gas Engines (need C70600 tubes)

Condensers for Industrial Steam Turbines (need both C70600 & C71500 tubes)

Industrial Heat Exchangers (need both C70600 & C71500 tubes)

Heat Exchangers for Seawater Desalting Plants (need both C70600 & C71500 tubes)

Delivery Condition: Annealed & Pickled, Annealed & Pickled + Polished, Bright Annealed

Material: C70600 (CuNi 90 /10), C71500 (CuNi 70 /30), C71640 (CuNiFe66 /30/2)

Standards:

ASTM/ASME B/SB165 Nickel-copper Alloy Seamless Tube and Pipe

Outside diameter range from 6 – 76.2mm

Wall thickness range from 0.5 – 12mm

Inspection & Test：

1. 100% PMI / Chemical analysis tests.

2.100% Dimension tests & 100% Visual examination

3. Tension test, flange test, hardness test, flattening test

4. 100% Eddy Test or Hydrostatic Test before bending and 100% Hydrostatic test after bending

5. Checking stress released heat treatment in bending area plus 300mm straight leg length after bending with agreement with clients.

Notes: all the tests and inspection need to provide with reports according to standard and test results.
