Nickel and Nickel alloy material is knows as a series of material with high strength property and anti-corrosion, heat resistant capability under high temperature. It also divided into several series range according to their capability, like Incoloy, Monel, Inconel and Hastelloy.

DMG’s technical and production advantages assure us to supply customers with high quality nickel and nickel alloy tubes and pipes for serious corrosion and high temperature environments. The raw material is from famous domestic melting mill or form top class plants of the world.

Delivery Condition: Annealed & Pickled, Annealed & Pickled + Polished, Bright Annealed

Inspection & Test：

1. 100% PMI / Chemical analysis tests.

2.100% Dimension tests & 100% Visual examination

3. Tension test, flange test, hardness test, flattening test

4. 100% Eddy Test or Hydrostatic Test before bending and 100% Hydrostatic test after bending

5. Checking stress released heat treatment in bending area plus 300mm straight leg length after bending with agreement with clients.

Notes: all the tests and inspection need to provide with reports according to standard and test results.
