DMG’s Ferritic heat transferring tubing is produced to apply where better mechanical, hardness, chloride induced pitting, crevice and stress corrosion crocking may be considered. And the high quality tube with such material can be used for other specific applications as Heater, Heat exchanger, Condenser, Machining, Bearing, Machining, API Service….

Delivery Condition: Annealed & Pickled, Annealed & Pickled + Polished

Grades: TP405, TP430, TP439, TP444, TP446, Other grades can be offered on request.

ASTM A268 Seamless and welded Ferritic and Martensitic Stainless steel Tubing for General Service

Outside diameter range from 12-76.2mm

Wall thickness range from 0.71-12mm

Inspection & Test：

1. 100% PMI / Chemical analysis tests.

2.100% Dimension tests & 100% Visual examination

3. Tension test, flange test, hardness test, flattening test

4. 100% Eddy Test or Hydrostatic Test before bending and 100% Hydrostatic test after bending

5. Checking stress released heat treatment in bending area plus 300mm straight leg length after bending with agreement with clients.

Notes: all the tests and inspection need to provide with reports according to standard and test results.
